What we collect

Nothing. Control has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no servers of its own. Everything you enter — habits, priorities, calendar blocks, energy check-ins, notes, payments, workouts — is stored only on your device.

Backups

When you export a backup, the app creates a file and hands it to your phone’s share sheet. Where it goes next (Files, iCloud Drive, email, a messenger) is your choice; we never receive it.

Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. No notification content leaves the phone.

Sync between your devices

If you turn on sync, Control keeps one file with your data in your own cloud: in the app’s private iCloud container (iPhone/iPad) or in the hidden app folder of your Google Drive (Android). Only Control can read that folder; we never receive the file and have no server of our own. Turn sync off at any time in Setup; delete the file by removing the app’s data from iCloud or Google Drive settings.

Apple Health and Health Connect

If you turn it on, Control writes your finished kettlebell workouts (type, start and end time) to Apple Health or Health Connect. It does not read any health data. Health data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties and never leaves your device through Control.

Your phone’s calendar

If you turn it on, Control reads your calendar events to show them next to your time blocks. It never changes your calendar, and events are not stored or sent anywhere.

Purchases

Control is free. There are no in-app purchases, and the app does not use any payment or analytics service.

Deleting your data

Delete the app, and everything it stored is gone.
